A Note
About SAFETY
At Sensory Comfort, we choose only the safest
toys and household items. However, any toy can contribute to an injury when used in an
unsafe way. Please supervise children to be sure they are using all toys, pillows, etc. in
an appropriate and safe manner.
Age recommendations are for developmental
ages. Toys recommended for children over three years old
generally have small parts that can be swallowed by a child who mouths toys. Such items are not meant for an individual of any age who is still
exploring toys by putting them into the mouth. Any toy
containing string should not be used by children under three, and older
children should be supervised while using the toy. If you have any
questions about whether an item is safe for your child or client, please check with the
child's occupational or physical therapist or pediatrician, or call us at 1-888-436-2622.

In order to best protect your privacy and
credit card information, we do not currently have online ordering. We regret the
inconvenience, but with today's sophisticated spyware, and the alarming increase in cases
of identity theft, we would rather err on the side of caution.

orders, except for those orders being shipped to APO addresses.

All orders must be pre-paid (in American
currency). For phone orders, we ship most in-stock items via UPS within one to three
business days.
We accept written, signed purchase orders
from public school systems and public hospitals in good standing. All P.O.s must
have a phone number and contact person's name.
Satisfaction guaranteed: If you are not
satisfied with any Sensory Comfort product, you may return it for refund or credit within
30 days of receiving it. Shipping/Handling fees cannot be refunded, and return
shipping is the customer's responsibility. All returned items must be in saleable
condition, with original packaging, warranties, etc.
Sock Return Policy--All unopened sock
packages will be accepted for refund. We will also accept one opened package for
each size (or color) sock you've ordered.
Billing Address: Refers to the address where
your credit card statement is sent. i.e., the address your credit card issuing bank has
for you. You may wish to have your order shipped to a different address. In
that case we would need both the "billing" and shipping addresses.
